There’s lots of things to love about Mexico and the food is likely high on that list. Learning to prepare favorite classic Mexican dishes like mole, chile relleno, enchiladas and more can be a fun and delicious way to spend an afternoon.
I took some friends to the local cooking school where we learned the “whole enchilada” from prep to fire; stuffing poblano peppers with potatoes and cheese and rolling and pressing own tortillas and pan roasting and blending the delicate red sauce.
Our chef and teacher made the whole class a fun ang tasty experience. Would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys eating and learning to cook!
